Launched in 2006, SB Global was the first authorised Training Partner of NSDC in Kerala.
SB Global has grown to become a leader in skill development and training, covering a wide cross-section of individuals, institutions and a range of vocations both in Kerala and other parts of India. Over the year SB Global has also expanded its associations with several professional organisations for curriculum and certification in an effort to add greater value to those who seek employment.

While it is exciting to know that India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world , the fact that the country is faced with the daunting task of skilling , training and ensuring the employability of over 500 million people is very scary. What compounds the challenge is the realisation that while a country like South Korea has a workforce of over 97% who are formally skilled, India has less than 5% who have been formally skilled. This has put an immense pressure on the growth ecosystem of the country. India needs every able bodied adult to be empowered and skilled to enable them to contribute to the economy.
SB Global has taken on this challenge and has been making a difference in the lives of the youth . Over the last ten years we have worked actively with schools, colleges, corporates and contributed to building a pool of trained vocational personnel.
We continue our journey towards empowering the youth for employability.

Promoted initially by two management professionals, the company is today run by a team of experienced and qualified professionals with international experience and exposure. Considering the growth potential of a country like India and the large percentage of youth population, SB Global decided to focus on the Skilling and empowerment of the youth to enhance their employability and ensure their effectiveness on the job as a contribution to the Government of India Initiative of making India as the skill capable of world.
