SB Global Educational Resources Pvt Ltd has built a reputation over the last fifteen years, as a catalyst for positive change particularly amongst women and unemployed youth, whether they are students, job seekers, employees or those pursuing a livelihood for first time.
Launched in 2006, SB Global was the first authorised Training Partner of NSDC in Kerala.
SB Global has grown to become a leader in skill development and training, covering a wide cross-section of individuals, institutions and a range of vocations both in Kerala and other parts of India. Over the year SB Global has also expanded its associations with several professional organisations for curriculum and certification in an effort to add greater value to those who seek employment.
Some of our notable achievements are:
- Patriot Aviation College, is a division of Patriot Educational Institution Pvt. Ltd., Chennai which is a fully owned subsidiary of SB Global has been recognised by IATA as the top performing Authorized Training Centre in S. Asia.
- Our competence and expertise in training and skill development was further validated when we became the first company in the private sector in Kerala to be approved as the Skill Development Partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). SB Global has taken on the challenge of Skilling/up Skilling over 100,000 + people across Kerala by 2022.
- SB Global is the National Vertical Anchor for the Travel & Tourism courses offered by Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) School of Vocational Education.
- SB Global is a PIA (Project Implementing Agency) of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) for the DDU-GKY skill development programme.
- SB Global is the implementation partner of the Federal Skills Academy- a CSR project of Federal bank.
- SB Global is the Nodal Training provider under the MOU between Ministry of Railways and Ministry of Skill development.

He has held active financial positions in India, Tanzania, Zambia and Kuwait, besides having voluntarily tutored large numbers of CA aspirants at the Institute. His passion for Training, coupled with his Industrial exposure in fertilisers, hospitality, oil & dry cargo shipping, construction and mega-stores, ideally arms him with the versatility to mentor and guide the Group in it’s diversified spheres of activities.

The scope of his work included working with different work groups across India, US and South Asia Pacific in strategic decision making and implementation of several projects.
A passionate believer in training and skills development, in his current role as CEO, he is working towards making SB Global a leader in the skilling space.

A business professional with 25 years of work experience, Mr. Santosh.K.Pillai brings in project management expertise gained while working as the Head of Operations with a Bombay listed Indian company having a global presence. Apart from heading the Indian operations of the 5000 employee strong company, he was also managing the overseas operations of the company. He also wore a business development hat and was instrumental in bringing in new business processes from overseas.
As Senior General Manager at SB Global, he is responsible for the smooth implementation of the various projects being executed by SB Global.

He was instrumental in designing highly popular employability skills training programmes for students of colleges and workplace skills programmes for various organisations and executed programmes for IIT, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, NITs etc.
He joined SB Global in 2007 and currently heads the training activities of the company.

Ms. Preetha Varma is a multi-faceted person who, apart from being a trainer par excellence, also heads the North Kerala Operations of the company,based out of Kannur.Prior to working at SB Global,she compered English programmes at the FM station of All India Radio, Kannur. A corporate trainer and a Master Trainer, she conducts highly rated training programmes for corporate employees, students and teachers of schools and universities. She has been working at SB Global since 2007.

She currently heads the Central and South Kerala Operations of SB Global,from the Kottayam branch.
