Spark - PEP programmes

S B Global organizes generic programmes that is open to all.  It also offers customised training programmes to companies and institutions based on an individual needs analysis. Usually the programmes range from one/two day workshops to longer durations, depending on the nature of the training.

The thrust is on a holistic approach to developing the overall personality of the participant and covers a range of soft skills designed to create an awareness, develop confidence and self esteem, increase effectiveness in inter personal relationships and client interface.

All programmes are handled by a team of experienced trainers led by Mr. R Balachandran – Chairman & Managing Director.

Enhancing COMMUNICATION SKILLS

S B Global through its division, SPARK has taken on the challenge of transforming  MBA/MCA / B.Tech/ Graduate and PG students,  school students, Professionals etc from across the State. The programmes are customized according to the levels and needs of the participants – a holistic blend of language skills, accent neutralization and a range of soft skills.  A combination that will spark one’s personality and bring about a positive change that provides  greater confidence in facing interviews, in group discussions as well as in creating the right impact at work.
