IT industry is basically “people centric” and the availability of quality man power is a challenge for the industry. Industry academia partnership is a necessary requirement and major companies have rolled out such programs on campuses to get the students industry ready, before they pass out from the campus.

Realising the need, SB Global in association with few IT companies, have designed a technology training program, The “Info-Ind Stimulus” program at each campus, essentially to mould the participants for the Information Industry. The programmes are customized for the engineering students to enter the IT industry. SB Global plans to reach more number of institutions across Kerala and Tamilnadu to offer technology training and get the students industry ready.
